Visa Application

According to related law and regulation, an entry permit issued by Chinese visa authorities is required for foreigners for entry into, exit from or transit through Chinese territory. It is better to apply for visa in advance if you plan to visit Shenzhen, China for IFSO-APC Meeting 2023.

Step 1: Online Submission

Please visit Chinese Visa Application Service Center to select your country/region and the Visa Center to fill in the form and make an appointment online.

N.B. The Chinese Visa Application Service Center of each country/region may have different requirements for the visa application materials. The details shall be subject to the requirements of the Center.

Step 2: Invitation Letter

Please download the Invitation Letter for China Visa Template, fill out the required information and send an email to ifsoapc2023@foxmail.com with the Invitation Letter for China Visa Template attached.

Step 3: Visa Interview

You need to go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center of the People's Republic of China in your country/region for visa application. The required materials are as follows:

(1) Passport --- original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and with two blank visa pages, a photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate

(2) Invitation Letter

(3) Visa Application Form and Photo --- a completed and signed Visa Application Form and a recently taken, full-faced, light color background, bareheaded and small 2-inch ID photo (48mm×33mm) photo attached

Please note:

(1) Visa applications for China have now been fully implemented with online forms and appointments. You are required to complete the application form and the appointment online. Please be sure that you bring the printed and signed Visa Application Form when come to the Visa Center to submit your application and upload the applicant's photo in the online form. Otherwise, the Center will reject the application and require you to fill in the form and upload your photo online again before the submission.

(2) In case of unsuccessful photo submission in the online form, please provide a qualified photo when submitting the application form in person.
