The 8th IFSO-APC MEETING 2023
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Important Dates:
1. Register and pay before 20th October, 2023 to enjoy the Early Bird Price.
2. Abstract presenters are required to register for the meeting by the Early Bird Price deadline, no later than 15th October, 2023. If you have not registered by this date, your abstract will be withdrawn.
Notes:
1. Delegates can visit the conference website www.ifsoapc2023.com before 1st December to register online by completing the registration information.
2. To ensure attendance and the awarding of credits, delegates are required to register in real names for the conference. After the conference, registration for the conference is not allowed.
3. Fees for students and residents: students are required to upload student ID and other related certificates and residents are required to upload personal identification (resident registration types cannot be awarded credits).

Registration Fees Include:
> Participation in The 8th IFSO-APC Meeting 2023 & The 10th CSMBS 2023
> Coffee breaks and lunches
Notes:
* Separate registration and payment is required for the Gala dinner on 30th November.
* Accommodation and transportation are not included in the registration fees.
* Regarding refunds:
> Before 30th September: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded
After 30th September and before 31st October: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
After 31st October: no refund will be made for cancellations received
> The refund will be sent by the same method used to make the original payment.
> Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the conference.
